We started HireHunch in 2020 because technical hiring was broken - and we knew how to fix it.
Traditional technical hiring was eating engineering bandwidth, producing inconsistent results, and leaving candidates with poor experiences. We built HireHunch to change that - a full-stack technical hiring platform that combines expert-led Interview as a Service, a professional live coding environment, and scalable skill assessments in one place. Every part of what we've built is designed to make hiring faster, fairer, and more reliable for both companies and candidates.
The Founder
Nawal Mishra, our founder, spent nearly 15 years in software development - building engineering teams and shipping scalable products for early-stage and high-growth startups. The same challenge kept surfacing: engineering bandwidth was constantly being drained by interviews that produced inconsistent results. In 2020, Nawal and his team set out to solve it - building HireHunch as a single platform that handles Skill Assessments, live technical interviews via HunchVue™, and fully outsourced Interview as a Service through HunchServe. Over years in, and this is still just the beginning.
