We, HireHunch, and our branches and associated offices make available our Website, any content, and stories published on the Website available to users and other individuals who directly or indirectly access the Website, Content or services, or contact us. By accessing or utilizing the HireHunch website, you disclose your full acceptance and acknowledgment of these terms and conditions. HireHunch has the absolute right to revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time as posted on this Website. If you are a company or recruiter using our services, you confirm and warrant that:
  1. You will be charged 50% of the interview fee if the interview is cancelled within 2 business hours (Mon-Sat 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM IST) of the scheduled interview time or the candidate does not show up for the interview.
  2. As an intermediate, we reserve the complete right to get in touch with the jobseeker or candidate for any other open positions with the same company or any other client in the future.
  3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the data shared by HireHunch with you and shall not share them with anyone else. In case of any unauthorized usage of your account or security breach, you shall immediately notify us.
If you are an interviewer associated with HireHunch, you respect and confirm that:
  1. You agree that you will not use the HireHunch platform,services, and candidate's personal data for any purpose which is in breach of any applicable law or statutory duty.
  2. Your rates or charges with HireHunch for interviews willremain confidential.
  3. You will be provided ratings as an interviewer by HireHunch.In cases your ratings go down, HireHunch has the complete power to remove your profile from the platform.
  4. In cases you do not attend the interview once the interview is confirmed, it will have immense impact on your overall ratings or performance.
  5. As an interviewer associated with HireHunch, you shouldn't be influenced by any means to decide on the candidate's interview performance, whether the candidate is directly or indirectly associated with you.
  6. As we are not aware of the legal clauses of your employment with other organizations, you are solely responsible for all the risks that come with it. From our end, we attempt our best to take care of the 'Conflict of interest' concern put in most of the employment offers. We do not encourage interviewers to interview candidates for their rival companies.
HireHunch gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the term hereof to access and download,display, and print one copy of the Site Content for your internal or business use, given that you do not modify the SiteContent in any way. All Content published on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and videos, is the sole property of HireHunch or its licensors and, to the extent applicable, is protected by copyright laws. Neither the Site Content nor functionality of the Site may be reproduced, duplicated, modified, reverse engineered, changed, uploaded, published, transmitted, or distributed in any way without our written permission or consent.

Customers have the option to request a refund within 60 days from the date of their first payment, provided that our services have failed to meet their expectations despite having raised concerns on three separate occasions. If this condition is met, the refund will be calculated based on the original service rate, excluding any discounts previously applied to the plan. The approved refund amount will be processed and refunded within 30 days from the date of approval.

HireHunch collects your personal data on particular areas of the website, like when you create a user profile, register for newsletter and alerts, sign up for business events, register or apply for jobs, or participate in forums and surveys.

We record all telephone calls answered in our contact centers under applicable regulations. We combine the gathered data and existing information for benchmarking and data analytics activities. We do not entertain collecting personal data from any of our users under the age of 18. Please note that we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from users under the age of 18.   • As we are unaware of the legal clauses of your employment with other companies, we are not responsible for any risks that arise from it. You are completely responsible for any risks of providing professional service to us when you are employed with some other firm. We attempt our best to take care of the 'Conflict of interest' concern put in most of the employment offers. We do not encourage interviewers to interview candidates for their rival companies.
  • HireHunch reserves the full right to connect with jobseekers for recommending or referring to any other client or the same company for any open positions.

Opt-Out:
